The Employee Emergency Fund is a powerful example of CAPLICO in action, providing financial assistance to team members facing medical emergencies, natural disasters, fires, or other unforeseen hardships. It reflects our commitment to Love One Another, our shared Ownership of each other’s well-being, and the belief that a Customer Second culture begins by caring for our own.
