DeAndrea Harris, RN is a warm, caring person, whether it be with patients or her colleagues. DeAndrea has had an amazing impact on Puget Sound Home Health and our culture, bringing a great attitude and always striving for the best outcomes for her patients, her team and the agency. Her humor and positivity help navigate through challenging situations and her approach is fair and well rounded. She is always the first to rally the troopes to come together and support our Puget team members. Over the last year, DeAndrea has started numerous meal trains for colleagues in need, helping to raise over $2000 and nominated colleagues who would benefit from the emergency fund. DeAndrea is a great asset to PSHH as a clinician, leader and person.
