What Is The COLT Program?
The Clinical Operation Leadership Training (COLT) program is designed to prepare successful clinicians for roles such as Director of Clinical Services (DCS/DPCS), Director of Rehab (DOR), and other clinical leadership positions. COLTs are mentored by agency leaders to gain a thorough understanding of Cornerstone’s culture, operating model, systems, and what it takes to be a successful leader and future DCS/DPCS.

Participants learn from some of the best in the industry and bring that knowledge back to their communities to elevate care and deliver life-changing service through a leadership lens. Graduates may also be considered for future placement in leadership roles.
What does the opportunity look like after completing the program?
Graduates are equipped to step into leadership roles, often beginning as Directors of Clinical Services with expanded responsibility in their communities. From there, they have the opportunity to grow and earn their CCO award.
