Pasco/SW Home Health was founded by Yvette Tanner in 1999 as a sister agency to PASCO in Denver. Our passion for home health care started with caring for our very first patient, Yvette's son. PASCO/SW later split into an independent agency in 2006 and in 2021, becoming apart of the Penannt family.
Pennant supports locally led affiliates offering home health, hospice, home care, and senior living services, all committed to life-changing service and compassionate, high-quality care.
